Charles Townsend

Charles Townsend
A graduate of the University of Louisville, Charles Townsend began his retail leasing career in 1986 in Louisville, Kentucky. In 1992, he became a partner in Anchor Associates, Inc., and has been responsible for developing the tenant representation division of the company. A specialist in retail brokerage, Charles has leased more than 2,000,000 square feet for nationally known retailers such as Best Buy, Barnes & Noble, Lowe's, Walgreens and many others.

Amy Holter

Amy Holter
Since joining Anchor Associates in 1996, Amy Holter has specialized in landlord representation and disposition work. Her client list includes
property owners such as National Amusements, North American Properties, Best Buy, Fifth Third Bank, Walgreens and Cincinnati Bell. Her extensive retail experience includes nine years as Senior Sales Vice President with West Shell-Oncor International. Amy is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati.

Marianne Holewski

Marianne Holewski
Marianne Holewski joined Anchor Associates in 2002 as a landlord and retailer representative. Her clients include property owners such as Kimco Realty, Aetna and Rabina Realty, as well as Dress Barn, Foot Locker, Bank One, Half Price Books and many other retailers. Previously associated with Koll Management Services and CB Richard Ellis, Marianne is a member of the ICSC and the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors. She was one of the Commercial Top Producers Club’s Top Three Retail Producers for 1999.

Fred Straub Fred Straub
Fred Straub has coordinated the development of 200,000 sf of retail
since joining The Townsend Company, a subsidiary of Anchor Associates.
A Western Kentucky University graduate, he began his real estate career
with a multi-family development company. He was a site superintendent
on multi-family and retail projects and developed over 1000
multi-family housing units. He was also the development and finance
consultant for a $78 million public/private prison project for the
State of Virginia.
Gregory Meyer Gregory Meyer
Gregory Meyer joined Anchor Associates in November of 2005. He works
with leading retailers such as Best Buy, Lowe's, Old Navy, PetsMart,
Wild Oats and Gap to secure locations that meet their expansion needs.
He received his bachelor's degree in Business Finance from Ohio
University, and was a district sales manager for Las Vegas-based
Premier Loyalty Solutions.
Melissa Williams Ruther
Melissa Ruther joined Anchor Associates in October 2006. Her responsibilities include acquisition, disposition and leasing for such clients as Fresh Market, Wal-Mart, IHOP, National City Bank, US Bank and others. A graduate of Xavier University, Melissa received the Colliers Turley Martin Tucker Rising Star Award in 2004. She is a member of ICSC's Next Generation Committee and the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors.
Dustin Marks
Dustin Marks joined Anchor Associates in June of 2007. He currently focuses on landlord representation in the Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus markets. Dustin received his bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Accounting from the University of Cincinnati's College of Business. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Commercial Real Estate Council of Greater Cincinnati and the University of Cincinnati Real Estate Center Roundtable program.
Daniel Sutton
Daniel Sutton joined Anchor Associates in the fall of 2007. His main focus is leasing, and he works on projects representing landlords in Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus. While earning his bachelor's degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati, Daniel was recognized as the real estate Student of the Year for his service and leadership. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the UC Real Estate Center Roundtable program.
