Joy joined Anchor Associates in May 2006 as an Administrative Assistant. Over the past nearly 20 years, she has held multiple roles, including Marketing Director and now Office Manager. In her current role, Joy oversees day-to-day office operations and provides key support to the firm’s Principals.
