Tenant Relations & Coordination

First point of contact for tenants; issue notices and ensure lease compliance (sales, insurance, HVAC, etc.).

Support leasing team with landlord work pricing, delivery conditions, and tenant permitting/construction oversight.

Financial Reporting & Strategy

Submit monthly property reports with financials, inspections, AR, and
market insights. -
Participate in Owner meetings and assess tenant health.

Accounting Services

Handle full property-level accounting, invoicing, vendor payments,
reconciliations, and collections.

Property & Vendor Management

Bid and manage maintenance contracts.

Perform regular inspections (monthly, lighting, roof).

Lease Administration

Maintain lease data, track key dates, and manage lease compliance

Community Engagement

Manage development documents (e.g., REAs) and build relationshipswith adjacent properties and local stakeholders.

Budgeting & Capital Planning

Prepare annual budgets and CAM estimates; review taxes and insurance;
plan for capital improvements.
