
Gregory Meyer
Principal
Gregory Meyer, Principal at Anchor Associates, joined the firm in 2005 and brings extensive expertise in tenant representation and preferred development. Over the course of his career, he has executed transactions totaling more than 12 million square feet and has played a key role in the development of over 90 retail projects across 15 states. Gregory represents a broad mix of top national tenants, including anchor tenants such as Dick’s Sporting Goods and Barnes & Noble; restaurants like Texas Roadhouse, Jagger’s, and Bubba’s 33; and specialty and entertainment concepts such as Topgolf, LEGOLAND, Main Event, and Athleta.

His brokerage client list includes a wide range of well-known brands, both past and present, such as Golf Galaxy, Gabe’s, CarMax, Old Navy, Gap, L Brands, Earth Fare, Land’s End, Jo-Ann Fabrics, Bealls, AT&T, Aspen Dental, WellNow Urgent Care, and McAlister’s Deli.

Gregory has also built and maintained strong relationships with many of the country’s leading REITs, developers, and landlords, including Simon, Starwood Retail, Brookfield, Olsham Properties, Washington Prime Trust, SITE Centers, Casto, Continental, Brixmor, Steiner + Associates, and other regional partners. Over the past decade, he has co-developed more than 90 retail projects with his partners, ranging from freestanding outparcels to large-scale power centers exceeding 100,000 square feet.
