Jason Gibson
Principal
As a Principal at Anchor Associates, Jason brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, including landlord leasing, tenant representation, sales, development, construction management, and acquisitions/dispositions. Prior to joining Anchor Associates, Jason worked with Regency Centers Corporation across multiple Midwest and East Coast markets such as Jacksonville, Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago, St. Louis, and Cincinnati. Over the course of his career, he has executed more than 800 leasing and sales transactions totaling over 7 million square feet.

Jason is recognized for implementing highly effective merchandising, leasing, and repositioning strategies that maximize occupancy and revenue for retail centers. He currently represents premier retail assets throughout Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, and Kentucky. Landlord clients include major REITs such as Global Net Lease, MetLife, Kimco Realty, Pine Tree, and National Retail Properties, as well as a broad range of local and regional landlords and investors.

He has successfully negotiated leasing and sales transactions for a diverse portfolio of local, regional, and national tenants. Jason also partners with leading retailers and restaurants to support their expansion throughout Ohio and Kentucky—many of whom he has represented for over a decade. Active retail and restaurant clients include Chick-fil-A, Chase Bank, PetSmart, Firebirds, McAlister’s Deli, Discount Tire, Urban Air, Rally House, Whitewater Car Wash, Hobby Lobby, Bealls, and others.

In 2022, Jason co-founded Anchor Property Management, which now manages over 1.3 million square feet of properties across Ohio and Kentucky. Anchor Property Management serves as a full or limited-service partner, offering property management, accounting, and construction management services to local, regional, and national owners.
