Katie Stanton

Katie has been a licensed real estate agent in the State of Ohio since 1994 and brings over 30 years of experience in commercial property management. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed a wide range of property types—including office, retail, industrial, and medical facilities. Her portfolio spans stand-alone buildings, office and industrial parks, condominium associations, and high-rise buildings in central business districts.
At Anchor, Katie oversees a portfolio of third-party retail and office properties in the Dayton, OH market. Her responsibilities include physical operations, budget and capital planning, fiscal reporting, and tenant relations—ensuring high standards of service and asset performance.
Katie earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2012. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana.
