Marianne Holewski joined Anchor Associates in 2002, bringing with her a wealth of experience in representing both landlords and tenants in retail real estate. Known for her strong commitment to client service, Marianne has consistently facilitated successful transactions and built long-standing professional relationships.

Over her 23-year tenure at Anchor Associates, she has represented a diverse portfolio of national and regional retailers, including ULTA Beauty, Half Price Books, Hannoush Jewelers, Spenga, American Freight, Bath & Body Works, Mattress Firm, and FedEx. In addition to tenant representation, Marianne has successfully partnered with institutional, corporate, and local property owners such as IRC Retail Centers, Drury Hotels, USAA Real Estate Company, The Richard E. Jacobs Group, Pine Tree Commercial Group, and Neyer Properties.

Marianne began her career in commercial real estate in 1986 as a sales agent and property manager for a local developer. She went on to expand her expertise in retail leasing and sales through roles with Koll Management Services, CB Commercial, CB Richard Ellis, and CBRE.
