Tom Howard joined Anchor Associates in 2022 as the leader of the property management division. Tom’s comprehensive experience in asset management comes from various roles throughout the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast involving the oversite of 70+ assets totaling 10M+ square feet. In his 15 years at Regency Centers Corporation (NASDAQ:REG), Tom developed teams of professionals to oversee multiple asset types ranging from urban, mixed-use sites to regional power centers to suburban neighborhood shopping centers.
