Amy Holter, an Anchor Associates partner, joined the company in 1996 as a leasing and dispositions specialist. She has developed solid relationships with institutional, corporate and local owners such as MetLife, Dick’s Sporting Goods, North American Properties, IRC Retail Centers, Kroger, Phillips Edison & Company, National Retail Properties, Neyer Properties and Best Buy.

Amy has leased several million square feet of retail space over the past decade and sold over two million square feet of retail space. She has completed transactions with tenants such as Top Golf, CarMax, Fresh Market, West Elm, Half Price Books, LA Fitness, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Pot Belly, Chipotle, Petco, Aldi, Vitamin Shoppe, Hobby Lobby, Ulta and TJ Maxx.

A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Amy is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a licensed realtor in Ohio and Kentucky. She was a past chairman of the Board of Governors of the Commercial Real Estate Council of Greater Cincinnati. She serves on the Executive Board of Directors of Cincinnati Friends of Charity, Inc., which has raised over $900,000 for local charities. She is currently a member of the University of Cincinnati Real Estate Center Board of Executive Advisors in Real Estate.
