Gregory Meyer, a principal at Anchor Associates, joined the company in 2005 and specializes in tenant representation. He has executed transactions totaling over 8 million square feet and has worked for his clients in various capacities across 15 states.
Gregory has represented some of the country’s most noteworthy and desired tenants, ranging from traditional anchor tenants such as JCPenney, Lowe’s and Dick’s Sporting Goods to popular restaurants such as California Pizza Kitchen and Texas Roadhouse and growing specialty tenants including Top Golf, Legoland, Main Event, Kendra Scott and Athleta.
His extensive brokerage client list also includes Golf Galaxy, Field & Stream, iFly, Gabe’s, CarMax, Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic, L Brands, Earth Fare, Land’s End, Jo-Ann Fabrics, Mattress Firm, AT&T, Aspen Dental, FedEx, Bubbas 33, Uncle Julio’s and McAlister’s.
Working with this broad national client base, Gregory has developed invaluable relationships with some of the country’s top REITs and developers, as well as other landlords, including Simon, CBL & Associates, Brookfield, Olsham Properties, Washington Prime Trust, Site Centers, Casto, Continental, Brixmor, Steiner + Associates and others.
In addition to his core tenant representation work, Gregory has worked with Anchor Development to complete more than 35 retail projects for his clients. Developed in 15 states over the past seven years, these projects range from free-standing outparcels to a large-scale 100,000-square-foot power center.
A graduate of Ohio University, Gregory is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and ChainLinks Retail Advisors. He has served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors for the Commercial Real Estate Council of Greater Cincinnati.
