Gregory Meyer, a principal at Anchor Associates, joined the company in 2005 and specializes in tenant representation and preferred development. He has executed transactions totaling over 12 million square feet and has worked in various capacities across 15 states developing over 80 retail projects for numerous clients.
Gregory has represented some of the country’s most noteworthy and desired tenants, from traditional anchor tenants such as Lowe’s and Dick’s Sporting Goods to popular restaurants such as California Pizza Kitchen and Texas Roadhouse and growing specialty tenants including Top Golf, Legoland, Main Event, and Athleta.
His extensive brokerage client list also includes Golf Galaxy, Field & Stream, Gabe’s, CarMax, Old Navy, Gap, L Brands, Earth Fare, Land’s End, Jo-Ann Fabrics, Beall’s, AT&T, Aspen Dental, WellNow Urgent Care, and McAlister’s.
Working with this broad national client base, Gregory has developed invaluable relationships with some of the country’s top REITs and developers, as well as other landlords, including Simon, Starwood Retail, Brookfield, Olsham Properties, Washington Prime Trust, Site Centers, Casto, Continental, Brixmor, Steiner + Associates and other regional players.
In addition to his core tenant representation work, Gregory has worked with his various partners to create and complete more than 80 retail projects for his clients. Developed in 15 states over the past seven years, these projects range from free-standing outparcels to a large-scale 100,000-square-foot power center.
A graduate of Ohio University, Gregory is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and ChainLinks Retail Advisors. He has served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors for the Commercial Real Estate Council of Greater Cincinnati.
