Jason Gibson


Jason Gibson, an Anchor Associates principal, has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience including landlord leasing, tenant representation, sales, development, construction management and acquisitions/dispositions. Prior to joining Anchor Associates, he worked for Regency Centers Corporation in multiple Midwest and East Coast markets, including Jacksonville, Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago, St. Louis and Cincinnati.

Jason‘s highly effective merchandising, leasing, and repositioning strategies help property owners maximize occupancy and revenue for retail centers. He currently represents many premier assets throughout Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus and Kentucky. Landlord clients include REITS such as Global Net Lease, Metlife, Kimco Realty, Site Centers, National Retail Properties, along with local and regional landlords and investors. He has successfully negotiated leasing and sales transactions for a wide array of local, regional and national tenants.

Jason partners with best in class retailers and restaurants to expand throughout Ohio & Kentucky. He has assisted multiple clients for over a decade in expanding their presence in the region. His active retail and restaurant clients include Chick-Fil-A, Petsmart, Firebirds, McAlister’s Deli, Discount Tire, Urban Air, Rally House, Whitewater Car Wash, Hobby Lobby, Beall’s and many others.

Along with his partners, Jason helped form Anchor Property Management in 2022. The Property Management division currently manages over 1.3 million square feet of properties throughout Ohio and Kentucky. Anchor Property Management helps local, regional, and national owners effectively manage their properties and can be a full or limited service partner handling accounting and construction management.

Jason is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He graduated from the Carl H. Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati and is a UC BEARE board member.
