Chris Hodge is a Senior Vice President at Anchor Associates with more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience. His background spans landlord leasing, tenant representation, sales, development, adaptive reuse and redevelopment, and acquisitions and dispositions.

Prior to joining Anchor Associates, Chris held key roles with CBRE, Trammell Crow Corporate Services, Ashland Oil, and Midland Development Group.

Chris is highly skilled in developing effective merchandising, leasing, and repositioning strategies that maximize occupancy and drive revenue for retail centers. He has represented premier retail assets across Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, and Kentucky, bringing deep market knowledge and strategic insight to every engagement.

His landlord clients include Slate Asset Management, Kroger, Fifth Third Bank, Encore Retail Properties, and Essential Growth Properties, along with numerous local and regional owners and investors.
​
Chris has successfully negotiated leasing and sales transactions for a wide range of local, regional, and national tenants. He also partners with leading retailers and restaurants to support their expansion throughout Ohio Kentucky, with many client relationships spanning more than a decade.
