Josh Harkavy
Property Manager
Josh Harkavy has over 40 years of experience in various facets of commercial real estate, with a primary focus on property management. In 1990, he founded Balanced Property Solutions, a full-service third-party fee management company. In addition to property management, he has been active as a commercial broker and investor and has renovated several multifamily properties. Josh is a licensed real estate broker in both Ohio and Indiana.

At Anchor Associates, Josh oversees a portfolio of third-party retail, industrial, and office properties in the Cincinnati, Ohio market. His responsibilities include physical operations, budgeting and capital planning, fiscal reporting, property inspections, and tenant relations. Josh is committed to helping Anchor’s clients—both property owners and tenants—exceed their goals, while cultivating strong relationships that support long-term business growth and retention.
