Ryan is a proven shopping center operator with a strong track record in creating and maximizing real estate value. As a trusted advisor to retailers and restaurants expanding or repositioning locations in Ohio and Kentucky, he brings deep regional expertise and strategic insight.

Ryan spent 17 years with Regency Centers Corporation (NASDAQ: REG), a national leader in shopping center ownership, development, and operations. During his tenure, he gained extensive multi-market experience across key regions including Florida, the Carolinas, Minneapolis, Nashville, Dallas, Houston, Denver, Colorado Springs, New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Phoenix, and throughout the Midwest.

In his most recent role at Regency, Ryan led development, leasing, and asset management efforts for 26 shopping centers totaling approximately 4 million square feet across cities such as Cincinnati, Columbus, Detroit, Indianapolis, St. Louis, and Chicago.

Now at Anchor Associates, he manages leasing and consulting services for major landlords. He also represents a portfolio of top-tier retailers and restaurants, including Chase Bank, Kroger, Dollar General/pOpshelf, 7-Brew Coffee, Jersey Mike’s, Mattress Firm, Marco’s Pizza, and others.
